Q. How do I sign up?
A. Complete and return the authorization form along with a voided check (for checking accounts), or a deposit slip (for savings accounts).
Q. When will the payment be transferred from my checking or savings account?
A. The deduction will be made on, or within a couple of days of your billing due date depending on weekends and holidays.
Q. Will I still receive a billing statement after I sign up for auto pay?
A. Yes, you will still receive your statement as usual to keep for your records. The only difference is that you will see the message "Reminder - This account is auto pay" on your statement.
Q. Can I sign up over the phone?
A. No, you must provide a voided check or deposit slip, and completed authorization form.
Q. How can I be sure my bill has been paid?
A. Check your monthly bank statement, or if you have online banking check your account online.
Q. What if I don't want to be on auto pay anymore, or I try the program and it doesn't work for me?
A. You can cancel your enrollment in the program at anytime. Just
contact utility billing.
